Ben Sear – Foundation Governor I became the Rector of Maresfield Church in 2019, though I was a member of the congregation previously until 2012. I originally studied biochemistry at university and worked for the Medical Research Council before starting my theological training. Prior to our arrival in Maresfield, I was based in Patcham (Brighton) for four years during my on-the-job training. I am married to Claudia and have three daughters.
